About Us

Kinetic Speech Services, PLLC is privately owned and operated by Tiffany Fairdosi, M.S., CCC-SLP. Tiffany has over 10 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist (SLP) with extensive knowledge and experience in acute and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, outpatient, and private practice. Before becoming a licensed SLP, she worked as a graduate assistant and SLP assistant in early childhood intervention.

She was awarded her Masters of Business Administration from Lamar University in May 2024. She received her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Texas Tech University in 2010 and her Masters of Science degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2013. She is certified by the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in the state of Texas.

She is trained in SPEAK OUT!, Beckman Oral Motor, Passy-Muir speaking valve application in pediatrics and adults, myofascial release, kinesiotaping for swallowing, VitalStim, and Compton PSL for accent reduction. She has an enthusiastic energy and passion for providing therapy services and treating her patients as if they are family. She has received many awards and accolades during her career including the ASHA Ace Award twice for her commitment to continuing education in her field and both Employee of the Month and Employee of the Quarter at previous places of employment.

She is a local resident living on the west side of Pearland with her husband, two children, and their dog.

She is an active member of the Pearland community. During her free time, she is a volunteer for the Friends of the Westside Library and serves on the Program Committee and Adopt-A-Book Committee. She also manages a Book Club for the moms in her neighborhood. She may be spotted often chauffeuring her kids to their after school activities.
